Return and Exchange Policy
Exchange
You can notify us of your exchange request within 30 days of receiving your order. To exchange your articles you are requested to send your parcel back to our sales facility centre. Also send us a picture of the courier receipt as an evidence.
Your exchange may not be accepted if it does not meet our policy. Here’s how:
- Make sure your item(s) is in original condition.
- The product should be packed in original packaging.
- Used item(s) can’t be exchange.
Returns
You can return any item purchased from Step Up within 30 days of delivery. Your refund will be issue within 7 days after receiving your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your return may not be accepted if your return does not meet our returns criteria so please ensure your item is of original condition with the original packaging.
Please Note Courier charges will be borne by you. Step Up reserves the right to approve or deny your request. Company decision in these matters will be considered final.
